Galvanised Steel Panels Front, Rear and Side Panels are constructed from 1.5mm Mild Steel Swages between 2 to 7mm and panels have a bowed-out geometry to spring out under heavy loads.

The top frame is a complete welded tube, not split or open bend, with a diameter of 20mm. The use of the complete welded tube is very important here, as by using a complete tube there are no holes or gaps in which waste can leak into the top frame itself when the container is lifted on emptying.

Heavy Duty 20mm Casters: Mainly used with bins fitted with heavy-duty base, suitable for dense waste materials (Food Waste) and for loading waste compactors and bins fitted with External and Internal fork pockets.

Non-marking casters are mainly used by Airports and Hotel lobbies, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, and Shopping Centres, which have non-marking floor Vinyl, Epoxy, and Laminate Floor covering.

Continental Towing containers are fully adapted and built with heavy-duty reinforced base heavy-duty Power castors and a removable tow link system allowing up to 4 wheeled containers to be moved simultaneously subject to bin size and materials, ground conditions, and material weights.

Bin Towing Containers provide a safe, practical answer to all towing requirements. Any container which is to be towed should be fitted with heavy-duty Power Towing castors or two swivel castors complete with directional locks, at one end of the container and no more than four containers should be towed at any one time.

Heavy Duty Power Towing Castors  2 Swivel 2 Directional Lock is designed for towing up to 4 bins also the base is a heavy-duty build
