• Taylor Mk4 1100L Galvanised Steel Body, hot-dipped galvanised steel along with fully internally welded seams, ensures robust protection in the harshest of environments and protects the container from internal corrosion due to residual waste being caught in exposed corners.
• The container can be powder-coated option using polyester powder, which is baked and cured in a controlled oven process, providing a layer of protection against corrosion, scratches/chipping and fading, being one of the longest-lasting, superior paint finishes, and colour-durable quality available in 12 standard colours
• The Comb Bar is manufactured from a single piece of steel with welded end pieces and gussets.
• The top frame is a complete welded tube, not split or open-bend, with a diameter of 20mm. The use of the complete welded tube is very important here, as by using a complete tube, there are no holes or gaps in which waste can leak into the top frame itself when the container is lifted on emptying

Foot-Operated Bin Lid Opening

1100 is available with a foot-operated Standard Lid. Specifically adapted for situations in which bulky items can limit the use of both hands for opening the lid, the foot-operated system is perfect for black-bagged waste and general waste. This simple, yet effective foot-operated pedal bin system at the base of the container takes the slightest effort to raise the lid, therefore freeing up your arms and reducing the risk of injury if carrying awkward loads and boxes. Ideal for bin stores and bin sheds.

1100 Drop Front or Drop Back containers have been created to help avoid the health and safety risks associated with handballing bagged or bulky waste, often an important requirement within retail and manufacturing environments and is easy to empty. Please note *the drop front panel bin isn’t fitted with a comb but can be fitted with weld-on DIN lift points.

All four castors are 200mm steel-centred wheels manufactured with needle bearings, grease, and rubber optimised for performance steel-centred rubber-tyred swivel castors, two of which are fitted with trailing brakes (Brakes are press to lock, press to release) and are bolted on for easy replacement. Two-foot operated, trailing braking wheels at the front with two swivel wheels at the back.
