Highly Durable Galvanised Steel Body

Steel-centred castor wheels manufactured with needle bearings, grease and rubber optimised for performance (we don’t offer plastic-centred castors)

Fully internally welded seams prevent internal corrosion, whilst the hard-wearing galvanised steel body and base make for a durable, long-lasting container that delivers exceptional lifetime value.

The top frame is a complete welded tube, not split or open-bend, with a diameter of 20mm. The use of the complete welded tube is very important here, as by using a complete tube, there are no holes or gaps in which waste can leak into the top frame itself when the container is lifted on emptying.

The Comb Bar is manufactured from a single piece of steel with welded end pieces and gussets.

700 Continental Drop Front or Drop Back containers have been created to help avoid the health and safety risks associated with handballing bagged or bulky waste, often an important requirement within retail and manufacturing environments and is easy to empty. Please note *Drop front panel bin isn’t fitted with a comb but can be fitted with weld-on DIN lift points.

All four castors are 200mm steel-centred wheels manufactured with needle bearings, grease and rubber optimised for performance steel-centred rubber-tyred swivel castors, two of which are fitted with trailing brakes (Brakes are press to lock, press to release) are bolted on for easy replacement. Two-foot operated, trailing braking wheels at the front with two swivel wheels at the back. (Not Welded On or Plastic Centred Castors) 200 mm Standard castors, Rubber tyres, Needle roller bearings, Trailing brakes, Pressed hubs, 3.5mm top plate, Zinc and clear passivate, 1230 Kgs static load rating, 690 Kgs dynamic load rating.

Heavy Duty 200mm Casters: Mainly used with bins fitted with a heavy-duty base, suitable for dense waste materials (Food Waste) and also for loading waste compactors and bins fitted with External and Internal fork pockets.200 mm Heavy-duty Elastic or polyurethane tyres, Ball race bearings, leading brakes, Cast hubs, 5mm top plate, Zinc and gold passivate, 3000 Kg static load rating, 1500 kg dynamic load rating.

Non-marking castors are mainly used by Airports and Hotel lobbies, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, and Shopping Centres, which have non-marking floor Vinyl, Epoxy, and Laminate Floor covering.

Heavy Duty Power Towing Castors 2 Swivel 2 Directional Lock is designed for towing up to 4 bins and also comes standard with a heavy-duty base, including a bolt-on towing hitch and eye. 200 mm Heavy duty High-Speed Directional Towing Castors Elastic or polyurethane tyres, Ball race bearings, Leading brakes, Cast hubs, 5mm top plate, Zinc and gold passivate, 3000 Kgs static load rating, 1500kgs dynamic load rating.

Bin Towing Containers provide a safe, practical answer to all towing requirements. Any container that is to be towed should be fitted with heavy-duty Power Towing castors or two swivel castors complete with directional locks, at one end of the container and no more than 4 containers are towed at any one time.

The container 700L can be a powder-coated option using polyester powder, which is baked and cured in a controlled oven process providing a layer of protection against corrosion, scratches/chipping and fading.

The lightweight construction of DuraFlex lids, made from high-grade UV-stabilised polyethene, gives the same stability as heavier metal lids.
