820-litre continental Galvanised Steel with internally welded seams ensures robust protection in the harshest of environments and protects the container from internal corrosion due to residual waste being caught in exposed corners. Internally welded seams stop water penetration.

Fully Internally welded seams prevent internal corrosion, whilst the hard-wearing galvanized steel body and base make for a durable, long-lasting container that delivers exceptional lifetime value.

The top frame is a complete welded tube, not split or open bend, with a diameter of 20mm. The use of the complete welded tube is very important here, as by using a complete tube there are no holes or gaps in which waste can leak into the top frame itself when the container is lifted on emptying.

The Comb Bar is manufactured from a single piece of steel with welded end pieces and gussets.

Continental Drop Front and Drop Back containers have been created to help avoid the health and safety risks associated with handballing bagged or bulky waste, often an important requirement within retail and manufacturing environments and is easy to empty please note *Drop front panel bin isn’t fitted with comb but can be fitted with weld on DIN lift points.

All four castors are 200mm Steel centred wheels manufactured with needle bearings, grease and rubber optimised for performance steel-centred rubber-tyred swivel castors, two of which are fitted with trailing brakes (Brakes are press to lock, press to release) are bolted on for easy replacement. Two-foot operated, trailing braking wheels at the front with two swivel wheels at the back. Non-marking castors are mainly used by Airports and Hotel lobbies, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, and Shopping Centres, which have none, marking floor Vinyl, Epoxy, and Laminate Floor covering.

Heavy Duty Power Towing Castors 2 Swivel 2 Directional Lock is designed for towing up to 4 bins and also comes standard with heavy duty base, including bolt-on towing hitch and eye. 200 mm Heavy duty High-Speed Directional Towing Castors Elastic or polyurethane tyres, Ball race bearings, Leading brakes, Cast hubs, 5mm top plate, Zinc and gold passivate, 3000 Kgs static load rating, 1500kgs dynamic load rating.

Bin Towing Containers provide a safe, practical answer to all towing requirements. Any container to be towed should be fitted with heavy-duty Power Towing castors or two swivel castors complete with directional locks, at one end of the container and no more than 4 containers are towed at any one time.
