820L General Waste  Bin Specification and Build Finish Options

• 820L Galvanised Steel Body, hot-dipped galvanised steel along with fully internally welded seams, ensures robust protection in the harshest of environments and protects the container from internal corrosion due to residual waste being caught in exposed corners.
  
  Steel Panels Front, Rear and Side Panels are constructed from 1.5mm Mild Steel. Swages are between 2 to 7mm and panels have a bowed out geometry to spring out under heavy loads
• The container can be powder-coated option using polyester powder, which is baked and cured in a controlled oven process, providing a layer of protection against corrosion, scratches/chipping and fading, being one of the most long-lasting, superior paint finishes, and colour-durable quality available in 12 standard colours
• The Comb Bar is manufactured from a single piece of steel with welded end pieces and gussets.
• The top frame is a completely welded tube, not split or open-bend, with a diameter of 20mm. The use of the complete welded tube is very important here, as by using a complete tube, there are no holes or gaps in which waste can leak into the top frame itself when the container is lifted on emptying

820 Drop Front or Drop Back containers have been created to help avoid the health and safety risks associated with handballing bagged or bulky waste, often an important requirement within retail and manufacturing environments and is easy to empty Please note *Drop front panel bin isn’t fitted with comb but can be fitted with weld on DIN lift points.

Trade Lids

Taylor 820 lid is up to 4 times lighter than metal lids, thereby considerably reducing the risk of accidents to waste operatives and members of the public.

The lightweight construction of , made from high-grade UV-stabilised polyethylene, gives the same stability as heavier metal lids.
A rotomoulded lid can be bent or crushed several times and still revert to its original shape.
Lid Colour Option:
The 820 General Waste bin can be supplied without a lid if used indoors for manufacturing and recycling applications.
