770 Drop Back comes standard with a comb bar and lifting with a comb bar. The Drop Back Panel bin is hinged at the front of the bin.

Galvanised Steel Panels Front, Rear and Side Panels are constructed from 1.5mm Mild Steel Swages between 2 to 7mm and panels have a bowed-out geometry to spring out under heavy loads.

The top frame is a complete welded tube, not split or open-bend, with a diameter of 20mm. The use of the complete welded tube is very important here, as by using a complete tube, there are no holes or gaps in which waste can leak into the top frame itself when the container is lifted on emptying, but is not available on a drop front panel bin.

The Comb Bar is manufactured from a single piece of steel with welded end pieces and gussets.

All four castors are 200mm or 160mm steel-centred rubber-tyred swivel castors, two of which are fitted with trailing brakes (Brakes are foot-pressed to lock, pressed to release)

Non-marking castors are mainly used by Airports and Hotel lobbies, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, and Shopping Centres, which have non-marking floor Vinyl, Epoxy, or Laminate Floor covering.

Continental Towing containers are fully adapted and built with a heavy-duty reinforced base and heavy-duty Power castors and a removable tow link system allowing up to 4 wheeled containers to be moved at a time, subject to bin size and materials, ground conditions and material weights.

Bin Towing Containers provides a safe, practical answer to all towing requirements. Any container which is to be towed should be fitted with heavy-duty Power Towing castors or two swivel castors complete with directional locks, at one end of the container and no more than four containers are towed at any one time.

Heavy Duty Power Towing Castors  2 Swivel 2 Directional Lock is designed for towing up to 4 bins, also the base is heavy-duty built.

Lids are Rotary-moulded double-skin plastic with a minimum weight of 5.0 kilos manufactured in an aluminium mould for a superior finish.

The container is a powder-coated option using polyester powder, which is baked and cured in a controlled oven process. Providing a layer of protection against corrosion, scratches/chipping, and fading, it is one of the longest-lasting, superior paint finishes and has colour-durable quality finishes. Which is then baked on through the High-Temperature Conveyor Drying System. Unlike a wet paint finish.
