This 660L General Waste Bin is a popular sized bin container, the 660 litre has a deceptively large capacity in a small footprint. Its slim configuration allows it to fit through a standard doorway, making it ideal for indoor storage or secure collection areas suitable for domestic household waste and none recyclable materials, such as black bag waste, and food waste if the local authorities don’t offer a recycling food collection service.

• 660L Galvanised Steel Body, hot-dipped galvanised steel along with fully internally welded seams, ensures robust protection in the harshest of environments and protects the container from internal corrosion due to residual waste being caught in exposed corners.
  Steel Panels Front, Rear and Side Panels are constructed from 1.5mm Mild Steel Swages are between 2 to 7mm and panels have a bowed out geometry to spring out under heavy loads
• The container can be powder-coated option using polyester powder, which is baked and cured in a controlled oven process providing a layer of protection against corrosion, scratches/chipping and fading, being one of the most long-lasting superior paint finishes, and colour-durable quality available in 12 standard colours
• The Comb Bar is manufactured from a single piece of steel with welded end pieces and gussets.
• The top frame is a complete welded tube, not split or open bend, with a diameter of 20mm. The use of the complete welded tube is very important here, as by using a complete tube there are no holes or gaps in which waste can leak into the top frame itself when the container is lifted on emptying

Foot Operated Bin Lid Opening
660 is available with a foot-operated Standard Lid Specifically adapted for situations in which bulky items can limit the use of both hands for opening the lid, The foot-operated system is perfect for black-bagged waste general waste. This simple operation, yet effective foot-operated pedal bin system at the base of the container take the slightest effort to raise the lid, therefore freeing up your arms and reducing the risk of injury if carrying awkward loads and boxes. Ideal for bin stores and bin sheds.

660 Drop Front or Drop Back containers have been created to help avoid the health and safety risks associated with handballing bagged or bulky waste, often an important requirement within retail and manufacturing environments and is easy to empty please note *Drop front panel bin isn’t fitted with comb but can be fitted with weld on DIN lift points.

All four castors are 200mm Steel centred wheels manufactured with needle bearings, grease and rubber optimised for performance steel-centred rubber-tyred swivel castors, two of which are fitted with trailing brakes (Brakes are press to lock, press to release) are bolted on for easy replacement. 660L Trade Lids

Taylor-660 lid is up to 4 times lighter than metal lids, thereby considerably reducing the risk of accidents to waste operatives and members of the public.
The lightweight construction of DuraFlex lids, made from high-grade UV-stabilised polyethylene, gives the same stability as heavier metal lids.
A rotomoulded DuraFlex lid can be bent or crushed several times and still revert to its original shape.
Lid Colour Option:
The 660 General Waste bin can be supplied without a lid if used indoors for manufacturing and recycling applications.
